How To Start a Return
- Email michael@thekingofkings.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original condition with tags attached.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us within 30 days and we'll arrange a one-for-one exchange (subject to stock availability). The fastest way is to return the original and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked Final Sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items missing original tags or packaging
Defective or Incorrect Items
Receive something defective, damaged, or wrong? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll cover return shipping plus issue a full refund or replacement at no cost.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item). We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot issue refunds for returns lost in transit.
