Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Domestic (Canada & US)
Standard shipping 3–7 business days. Express options available at checkout.
International
Worldwide delivery 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email upon dispatch.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected speed. Free standard shipping is offered on orders over CAD $150 within Canada and the United States.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking has not updated for 7+ business days (domestic) or 21+ business days (international), please contact us at michael@thekingofkings.ca and we'll investigate immediately.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses, though we will do our best to assist with re-routing where possible.
